Smith Church sponsors three active, ecumenical youth groups that are open to all youth in Hillsborough and the surrounding communities.

The S.C.E.N.E.

It’s a new season for the SCENE- a monthly elementary school youth group open to all 1st-5th graders in the area. The first meeting of the SCENE this year will be on Thursday afternoon, September 21 from 3:30-5 PM at Smith Church (the church with the clock tower) -30 West Main St, Hillsboro.

The SCENE is a chance to be with old friends and make new ones, play games together, have snacks, be creative and have fun. Children can be dropped off at the church (side door) or join the walking group from HDES.

Joyful Noise

The music time for children ages 3-5 is back for a new year at Smith Church (the church with the clock tower) -30 West Main St, Hillsboro. It begins on Thursday, Sept 21 from 10-10:30, and will meet every other Thursday. We sing, move to music, make motions, and just enjoy learning about music. We are looking forward to returning singers and welcoming new ones!

Middle and Senior High School youth group —RBA & InCasts

This group is open to all middle and high schoolers on Mon nights from 6-8pm at Smith Church (the church with the clock tower) -30 West Main St, Hillsboro beginning on Sept 18. Join us for Adventures such as full moon hiking, Canobie Screamfest and Lazer Tag, Dinner whether shared in gratitude (Friends Giving) or competition (Chopped) or surprise (potluck), Fun (paper bag skits, murder mystery, movies and games) and Community Service (Smith Church Harvest Supper, Toys for Tots, End 68 Hours of Hunger, and town wide clean up.
